Coming from the East on I70:  Exit Maple Ave. in Zanesville - just off ramp, take first right - Ball Street (if you get to the light you passed Ball Street, but can turn right at the light then right at the next light onto Linden Avenue and proceed down to McIntire Avenue from there)  at the end of this street turn right onto Linden Ave.  At second street,  right onto McIntire Ave and Tom's is just ahead on the left.

Coming from the West on I70:  Take State Street Exit in Zanesville - turn left at end of exit and go to light at State Street - turn left at light, you will go over interstate I70 and at second light turn right onto McIntire Ave.  Tom's is at the end of the street on the right, just before Linden Avenue.
